ToyoPay is a connected financial platform providing tools designed to help individuals and businesses manage money, business operations, payments and related financial activities. The ToyoPay ecosystem may include products such as ToyoBiashara, ToyoBook, ToyoPay payment services, ToyoFinance, ToyoCargo, ToyoFarmer and other products introduced from time to time. Features available to you may depend on your account type, eligibility, subscription, location and the particular ToyoPay services you use.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining a ToyoPay account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, verification codes and other security information confidential.

You must notify ToyoPay promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed or used without your permission.

Where identity or business verification is required, access to certain services may be limited until the required verification has been successfully completed.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. You agree not to use ToyoPay to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or abusive activities or to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the platform. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, presents a security risk, violates these terms or where action is required by law.

ToyoBiashara provides tools that may allow businesses to manage information relating to sales, expenses, products, inventory, customers, suppliers, invoices, staff and reports. You are responsible for ensuring that information entered into ToyoBiashara is accurate and appropriate for your business.

Reports, calculations and insights generated using information you provide are intended to support business management and should not automatically be treated as professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

ToyoBook provides personal money-management tools that may help users record income and expenses, create budgets, establish savings goals and understand spending patterns. Information, insights and educational content provided through ToyoBook are intended for general informational purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a regulated service, ToyoBook content should not be considered personalised investment, tax or professional financial advice.

ToyoPay may provide or facilitate payment, collection and money-movement services directly or through authorised third-party providers. Transactions may be subject to processing requirements, limits, fees, availability and additional terms depending on the payment method or provider involved. Before confirming a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing the recipient, amount and other relevant transaction details. Some completed transactions may not be reversible, subject to applicable law and provider rules.

ToyoFinance may provide access to financing-related products, opportunities or services. Availability of financing may depend on eligibility requirements, assessments and terms applicable to the particular financial product. Displaying a financing opportunity within ToyoPay does not by itself guarantee approval or access to funds.
Specific financing products may be subject to additional terms that will be presented before the user accepts the product.

ToyoCargo may provide tools designed to support trade and escrow-related transactions between participating parties. Specific transactions may be subject to additional conditions governing payment, fulfilment, disputes and release of funds. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms applicable to a ToyoCargo transaction before proceeding.

ToyoFarmer may provide tools and financial services designed for farmers and agribusinesses, including features relating to farm management, financial records, payments and other agricultural activities.
Availability of individual features may vary, and additional terms may apply to specific financial or partner services.

Business owners may be able to invite staff members and assign roles or permissions within ToyoBiashara. The business owner or authorised administrator is responsible for deciding which users should have access and what actions those users are permitted to perform.

You should regularly review staff access and remove users who should no longer have access to your business account.

Some ToyoPay products or features may be free, available on a trial basis or require payment. Where fees or subscriptions apply, the applicable price, billing period and other relevant conditions will be shown before payment. For example, certain ToyoBiashara functionality may be offered through a free trial followed by a paid subscription. The specific duration, price and plan terms presented within ToyoPay at the time of purchase will apply.

We will communicate material changes to applicable fees or subscription terms as required.

You must not use ToyoPay to conduct illegal transactions, commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, attempt unauthorised access to another account, distribute malicious software, interfere with ToyoPay systems or use the platform in any manner prohibited by applicable law.
We may take reasonable action to protect users, ToyoPay and our partners where suspicious or prohibited activity is identified.

We may update these Terms as ToyoPay introduces new products, changes existing services or responds to legal and regulatory requirements. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Where required, we will notify users of material changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
